Bug: Sound disappears

Can anyone confirm this?
1. Play with headphones
2. Pause the game
3. Switch the iPhone "off"
4. Get a call
5. Ignore the call
6. Slide the iPhone on again
7. Start playing.
Now the sound is gone until you completely restart the game.

I have this happen in similar situations in geoDefense and The Creeps. It happens to me when I get a text and ignore it, or if a timer goes off while I'm playing. Happens to me w/o headphones.
