The Eye - hard levels, level 1

i must be retarded becuase im done with most hard levels but "the eye" kills me every friggin time! The first star comes out and passes over the "8" baddie... and i cant kill the star in time. (Twister is hard also)...
Can someone throw me a bone here?

I have read this matter about the eye's level and I have also searched about it in Google but I did not understand anything which is related with it. I want to know more about it and I think you can explain me it in simple and understanding language. I am still waiting for your answer. online gambling
