Why has the non-existent IAP levels issue not been addressed?

The only pack that is available is to "restore purchased levels"

People are bringing this issue up left and right, but still this issue has not been addressed.

Will the next update fix this problem? When is the next update?

IAP Level pack

You are not seeing the level pack? When I go there I see it. And it is selling.
