It has to do with laws in South Africa and video games. The App Store simply doesn't have the games category there as a result. Not something I have control over.

After Googling a bit it seems that games (like movies) need to be rated before it may be sold in South Africa.
Very stupid that they try to regulate downloadable software in general.
It's as if the rating committees are hurt by not being able to regulate all software on the internet, so they regulate the sites that dare ask permission and that tries to provide localized content.
