Everytime ive tried to purchase the new level pack, it comes up with this message saying Im not authorized.

I added the free level pack just fine, but it looks like ill never get to add the ones you pay for. My itunes acct is fine, ive bought apps today for crying out loud so i know it shouldnt be an issue on my end.

Btw... where do i make a intro post lol, i plan on stayin here a while and uppin my highscores. (I dont depend on openfeint b/c it doesnt record my scores for some reason.

Same here

I am getting the same error when attempting to purchase the new levels. I emailed the support group last week and have not heard back.

It let me download the free level, but when I try to purchase 'Reactor' it says [Environment: Sandbox]. I click 'Buy' and it tells me "This is not a Test User account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox environment. [Environment: Sandbox]". When I press 'OK' it says 'Product Purchase Failed'.

How do I access the "sandbox environment"? I just want to play the extra levels.  I have a jailbroken/unlocked iPhone w/ OS3.1 (7C144).

Environment: Sandbox

It seems that if you have a jailbroken phone, Apple's InApp Purchase system gives the error: [Environment: Sandbox]

This refers to the test servers that is used when testing in-app purchasing.  Only a properly signed application, and apparently a non-jail broken phone, allow it to connect to the real servers.

This is an Apple thing, so unfortuantely, I can't do anything to make it work on jailbroken phones that I know of.

I have jailbroken iPhone 3GS

I have jailbroken iPhone 3GS and initially got the same error as the others above. Eventually uninstalled AppSync AND disabled iTunes Syncing in Installous, rebooted phone and then I was able to purchase the new levels. Yay.

Non hacked Ipod Touch

I get an error message that says, "You are not authorized to purchase from AppStore", followed by "Level pack did not install correctly." The 1.5 update did not fix this. My iPod is also not hacked in any way.

App Store

Unfortunately that stuff isn't something I have any clue on.  I just call the functions Apple exposes to us developers, but they do all the InApp purchase stuff.  I have no way of telling you why you are getting "not authorized"... I wish I did.  Perhaps contact iTunes Connect support?

Still no upgrades

Osky - what do you mean by "installous"?  I still can't get the new levels because I'm not authorized (but I am! I am!!) :(
