Hello,

I have tried installing the latest geoSpark update multiple times on both my iPhone and iPod Touch and it doesn't seem to work. I get the installing message and it looks like the install succeeded but then when I start the app it still shows v 1.0 on the splash screen. I also see the icon change to a different image (just blue sparks with no purple star) while the install is in process but then it goes back to the old icon with the purple star after the install is done. iTunes keeps giving me the option to install the update but like I said it won't install for some reason. I have a friend who is seeing the exact same issue on her iPod Touch. Anyone else seeing this problem, any suggestions on how to fix it?

Thanks

This issues appears to be fixed now, it took me 5 installs for it to finally work. Maybe iTunes was the real problem. It was weird that my friend was having the exact same issue.

Yeah, there's something about the install process of apps that sometimes does that. For any given person, for any given app, it's rare. But for millions of people downloading hundreds of thousands of apps... it happens a lot! :)

In either case, us developers have no control over the whole packaging and installation process.
