Crazy 88 Scoring issue in 3.1

In GeoDefence Swarm 3.1 Playing the level 'Crazy 88' I got a total score of 4.9 billion (4,922,323,125), and, as before when the scores went negitive, i got a message something like 'better luck next time', and it did not register it as a high score on open feint, or in the app itself, when my previous high score was only in the 250million range. I thought this was fixed in 1.1 with the scoring bugs being worked out? Any insight would be nice...i was excited to more than double the next high score, and rather disiapointed to see it not work. Thanks.

Apologies did not see the other forum post on this, but Im glad to see it's not just me. He had a score of ~3 billion, and myself 4.9, just proving the system has an issue.
I had 2.7 billion on wave 235 and it did not save for me. Just wanted to confirm it's multiple people.
Ok, trying to track this down. When do you see the negative value? Does it happen during gameplay (at the top left of the screen)? Or just at the end of the game?
Someplace I have a data type conversion problem.
BTW, what are your multipliers like at this point?

I had the same issue where the score did not register with openfeint or with the actual game itself. There were no negative numbers ever and my multiplier in the end was x3218. I scored 3.2 billion and basically nothing happened. No new highscore sign appeared and it just said gameover. Was actually really depressing... anyway, I took a screen shot if that will help you at all. Just reply back and I'll email it to you. Thanks for 2 great games btw, geodefense is by far one of greatest iPhone games of all time!

Exactly the same happened to me when reaching round 253. Game over, no score saved in game or openfeint. Really frustrating.
I just saw the same thing, here is an endgame screenshot:
yep, same thing for me. 3.6 billion, x3372 - game just ended, no high score saved locally or submitted to openfeint.
Was all happy at my success but same problem happened.. it didnt save =(
David, could the problem be that you use a wrong data type?
Are you using:
Data type name:
longRange (Signed): −2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647
number one player of global highscore has: 2,147,483,646
I played at weekeend and got 3,664,222,995 points, but it was not shown as "New highscore", after I failed, see pic

than today I played again and got new highscore with 2,132,085,585 ( I tried to get to top 10 with 2,14x,xxx,xxx points, but sold to early some towers), but this was shown as new highscore and were transmitted to OpenFeint. (see number of waves, comparing to the waves and multiplier above I could get much more points):

I'm curious if you could explain to me how the score multiplier works? in your first SS you have x3896 in round 219. I've gotten to round 252 twice now, but my multiplier at that point is just x2436! Since it seems that the multiplier goes up with each mob you kill, and obviously I've killed vastly more mobs than you, how on earth is my multiplier 1200 less than yours?
Am I mistaken on the mechanic of it? I suppose I can do some research into how it works, but let me know if you have a better idea than I do. Thanks :D
looked it up; multiplier is effected by distance to the exit. NEVER would have guessed that, makes me quite furious, actually... although I think I can adjust my strategy for it.
5 billion.. Really? I was hoping I'd be at the top. I've gotten 2.3 billion three times now and it hasn't recorded. Also, Edalquist, we used the same setup.

Also, my score of 1.9 billion DID take. Perhaps there is a threashold at around 2.1 billion?
I am another of these high score not registering people. It is the most frustrating thing in the world to play a game for a good hour and a half and get what you think is the worlds highest score.....................then nothing happens!
Very very curious to know the secrets to getting 4 or even 5 billion I thought 2.5 was pusing it
I got to level 253, and I think my score was 5 billion or so, but no save! I did it twice... I guess the good news is that it's not just me it's happening to so there's a chance for a fix, but the bad news is that I assumed by looking at the openfeint leader boards that I would be on top, but there's obviously a lot of people in that same vicinity also getting their scores denied...
I never did see a negative score though.
